We meet six times yearly.  Our Meeting Months are January, March, May, July, September and November.  Our meeting day has always been on a Sunday.   Should there be a need to meet before our scheduled monthly meeting we will have a called meeting at which time you will receive notification by phone or a cellphone text message.
